A group of neighbors in Raymore (Jeter Rd, Gore Rd, Prairie Lane) area are forming a neighborhood watch and have requested the assistance of the Auxiliary to visit neighbors and distribute flyers about an upcoming meeting.
I need 4 member, dressed in auxiliary attire and with 1 or 2 patrol cars to meet on Saturday morning with the organizer of the group. Patrol Car assignment will be with on duty supervisor. SEE INFORMATION BELOW
We have an upcoming meeting of our Neighborhood Group and would like to canvas our small area to hand out flyers with the information to try to get more people to attend. We would like an individual from the Sheriff’s Auxiliary to assist us if possible. I have attached a copy of the flyer that we will print to distribute.
We would like to do this on this coming Saturday, November 3 starting at 10 am.
We plan to visit around 10-30 houses in our area around Jeter Rd, Gore Rd and Prairie Lane over to Clendenen by car.
We expect it to take about 1 – 2 hrs.
