I have many years of newspapers that need to have the articles about the Sheriff's Office cut out, and then the remainder of the newspapers can be recycled. Once the articles are removed we can look at the best way to preserve and display them. Anyone with scrapbooking history is a plus. Anyone with sharp scissors is better!!
