Need 2 people to show campers how a fish is cleaned and to instruct them how to cook fish in a deep fryer. We will have fresh fish to demo 1 or 2 how they are filleted. We will have cleaned fish fillets bagged and ready to dip in fish fry mix. First group begins at 0830. You can meet at the Sheriff's Office at 0800.
